The Sentricon System
Debug uses the Sentricon Termite Colony Elimination System as our preferred termite solution. Our technicians install a system of bait stations around the perimeter of your home. The stations are filled with Recruit HD termite bait, so termites can begin feeding on it as soon as they find a station.
Preferring the bait nearly 10 times more than wood, worker termites discover and quickly share their find within the colony. Once ingested, the active ingredient in Sentricon, noviflumuron, prevents termites from maturing through molting. Eventually, the entire colony is destroyed.
These in-ground stations have a visible service cover only opened by a special key.
We inspect and service the Sentricon stations annually, minimizing the chance of servicing a station when termites are feeding.

New Construction Preventative Termite Treatments - RI, CT, MASS
As per the USDA Forest Service, the most effective way to safeguard your home against termites is by incorporating protective measures during the construction and design phase of your new property. During the initial planning and design stages, it is advisable to minimize wood-to-ground construction wherever possible. Additionally, a pre-construction soil treatment should be applied to provide protection during the building process. Subsequently, post-construction treatments, also known as preventative termite treatments, can be carried out after the completion of your home or office construction to guard against subterranean termites.
We offer Warrantied Pre-Construction Treatments, commonly referred to as Pre-treat, specifically tailored for new construction projects, including homes, additions, garages, porches, offices, and commercial buildings. These treatments are designed to prevent termite infestations in your new property. The Pre-Construction Termite treatment takes place once the foundation, blocks, and backfill of the structure have been completed. The methods used in this treatment are similar to standard termite treatments, involving trenching and rodding. Our comprehensive Pre-Construction Termite service applies treatment to the surrounding soil and foundation, slab, crawlspace, or basement areas, creating a preventative and protective barrier against potential termite infestations. This barrier aims to block termites from crossing through or under the treated areas. For new commercial buildings, this treatment can be particularly beneficial in preventing future termite infestations that might disrupt general business operations if treatment were to be conducted at a later stage.
Post-Construction or preventative termite treatments are available for homeowners and business owners after their properties have been built. Similar to pre-construction treatments, the process involves treating the soil surrounding the property to form a protective barrier against termites attempting to pass through or under the treated areas.
Both Pre-construction and Post-Construction Termite Treatments come with a one-year GUARANTEE warranty from the date of treatment service, just like all our termite treatments. If termites are found within the one-year guarantee period, we will provide additional treatments to the affected area at no extra charge during the guaranteed warranty year.
