Bill is one of ten participants chosen from across North America to participate in the National Pest Management Association (NPMA)’s Executive Leadership Program
Fairfax, Virginia: The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) has selected Bill Horgan, President of Debug Pest Control, to its Class of 2020. Over the next two years, Bill and his peers will be engaged in an ongoing curriculum that provides professional development, association training, monthly mentoring, and attendance at NPMA events across the country.
The NPMA is committed to encouraging its membership to embrace diversity and inclusion as an integral part of nurturing winning workplace cultures throughout our industry. Hearing from different voices plays an important role in accomplishing NPMA’s goals. To that end, Bill and his peers will be vital to the continued strength of our membership.
Bill has grown Debug from a three-man pest control operation covering one state to a 25-person company covering three states in just 10 years.
“I look forward to working with this new group of participants and witnessing their many successes for years to come,” said NPMA Chief Executive Officer Dominique Stumpf.
