Debug’s SkillBridge program is a comprehensive job training initiative that combines hands-on experience, structured classroom learning, and dedicated mentorship. No prior pest control experience is necessary. This program is thoughtfully designed to help transitioning service members in the Southern New England area explore rewarding careers in the pest management industry. We equip candidates with essential pest education, technical skills, and industry certifications needed to become a Debug Pest Control Professional. Offered year-round, the program welcomes eligible transitioning Service Members and Coast Guardsmen who are within 180 days of separation from military service.
