What your Rhode Island neighbors are saying

5/5

I had a great experience with Debug. Prior to moving into my new home, Debug came to take a look at my house. Charles was my technician and he was awesome. He was thorough in looking through my home, including my basement, attic and garage. He pointed out several areas to keep an eye on and seal and answered all my questions. I look forward to continuing to use Debug for ongoing preventative service or anything that may pop up.

Dylan was fantastic, he took the time to understand our needs and concerns and was very pleasant to work with. It’s reassuring to know we have 30 days to ensure treatment worked and we are glad to have a contact to reach out to if needed again. Also happy to support a local business with great customer care.

If you see a flying termite in or around your home, consider it a sign of serious trouble. Like dark clouds on the horizon: a storm is coming. Swarms of flying termites are sent out on the first warm day of Spring. Their number one priority is to find a new feeding and breeding ground […]

To hire a pest control company, you should first research and compare different companies to find one that is reputable and has experience with the type of pest you are dealing with. You can ask for recommendations from friends, family, or neighbors who have used pest control services, or you can search online for companies in your area. Once you have a few options, you should contact each company to ask about their services, pricing, and experience. It’s also a good idea to ask for references from previous customers and to check the company’s licensing and insurance information to make sure they are qualified to do the job. Once you have all the information you need, you can make an informed decision and choose the company that best fits your needs.

Pest control technicians and exterminators are often used interchangeably to refer to professionals who work to control or eliminate pests from homes, businesses, and other properties. However, the term “exterminator” may specifically refer to someone who specializes in the extermination of a particular type of pest, such as termites, or who uses more aggressive methods to control pests, such as fumigation. In general, the term “pest control technician” may be used to refer to anyone who works to control or eliminate pests, regardless of their specific methods or areas of expertise.

How to schedule pest control service for your Rhode Island home

Seeing signs of pest activity? Ants in the kitchen? Wasp nest on the deck? Mice droppings behind the refridgerator? Get started easily:

  1. Call, text, or message Debug. A Customer Care representative will schedule a visit with one of our technicians.
  2. You’ll get a text on the day of your appointment to remind you that we’re on the way. We’ll also send along a photo of the technician that is coming out to your home. That way, you know exactly who to expect.
  3. The technician will inspect your home and identify the pest.
  4. The technician will work with you to create a plan that works for you and your family.
  5. We’ll use an approach called Integrated Pest Management (IPM). Don’t get hung up on the term. It’s a simple concept: when we inspect your home, we identify the specific species of pest in your home and then find the best-proven approach for that specific pest. This means less chemicals, less visits, and more success.
  6. We’ll come back and monitor progress. We’ll re-treat as needed.
  7. We’ll follow-up with you once all the pests are gone and show you how to prevent them from coming back.
